You must not share your login details with any third party. hs88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure.

hs88 operates KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable compliance requirements. Before processing withdrawals or in response to risk-based triggers, we may require you to submit documents including, but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified time frame may result in account suspension and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified Real-Money Funds remaining at the time of closure will be processed for return via the original payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds.
The Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, syndicate or commercial enterprise without explicit written authorisation from hs88.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement obliges the User to wager a total of PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal may be processed. All sports bets are subject to the rules applicable to each market as displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. hs88 presents pre-match and live in-play markets across cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, esports and other sports. Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. A bet is confirmed only when accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is issued.
Casino games are operated by certified game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption or any other error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, hs88 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the relevant stake to the User's Account.
